EcoXperia - Sports Turf Terms and Conditions of Use
Introduction
Welcome to the sports turf operated by EcoXperia ("we," "us," "our"). The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users ("you," "your") of our sports turf located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh ("Facility"). By accessing or using the Facility, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and they will be binding upon you.
Usage Policy
The Facility is intended for football and similar sports activities and is available to you during our operating hours as posted at our premises and subject to prior reservation. We reserve the right to change our operating hours at our discretion.
Reservation and Cancellation
To reserve the turf, please contact us at our provided contact details or use any online reservation system we may offer. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Fees and Payments
All applicable fees for using the Facility must be paid upfront. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified at the time of reservation.
Safety and Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that the activities at the Facility may involve physical exertion and risk of injury. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to use the Facility. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the use of the Facility. You are encouraged to have personal health insurance in place.
Conduct
While using the Facility, you agree to behave in a respectful manner to all other users and our staff. Any form of disruptive behavior, abuse, or violation of Facility rules may result in immediate expulsion from the premises and/or a ban from future use.
Equipment and Personal Property:
You are responsible for your own equipment and belongings. The EcoXperia will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.
Damage to Facilities
Should you cause any damage to the Facility, you agree to cover the cost for repair or replacement as assessed by us.
Compliance with Laws:
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Facility. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential legal action.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Facility to any individual who fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted at the Facility and, where possible, on our website.
